How to Place & Pay for an Order: Step-by-step 

First select the item you want by clicking the picture or pink text underneath it.

 

*Next click in the box that says 'Choose' to see the drop-down menu with buying options *(Only available on items with buying options).

Next select the option you want, I am going to select 10 as I want 10 brown crown needles, the (+3.00) means that option is £3 more that the stated 'From' (or 1 item only) price.

So it is a sum 3.99 + 3.00 = 6.99 once you have the correct number you want click 'Add To Basket' below the quantity.

 

Next click the small basket icon at the top of the screen, this will have a number over it with the number of items in your basket. It will then show what is in your basket.

Click the brown 'Checkout' button if you have all you need.

You then can select your delivery country by clicking below 'Delivery' on the two small arrows and selecting from the countries in the dropdown menu.

This will then give you a delivery price, if buying outside the U.K. Clicking in the top box will give you shipping options, either small packet (untracked) or a track or signed option and a price for the shipping selected.

Then select 'Paypal Checkout' or 'Proceed to Checkout'.

If you have a PayPal account add a discount code if you have one (one per order) select 'PayPal checkout' the yellow button, and you will be taken to log into your PayPal account to confirm and complete the payment.

 

 If you select 'Proceed to Payment' you will be bought to the checkout page, if you have an account click the pink 'Log In' in the middle at the top. If you don't have an account you can 'Checkout' as a guest.

Put in your email address, there is a small tick box blow your email you can tick if you wish to create an account during checkout— Add any discount code + click 'Apply' — Tick agree to terms and conditions.

Next fill in your address and phone number and click 'Continue to Billing'

Tick if you want the billing to be the same as delivery or type in your billing address click 'Continue'

Next check details are correct, if you click on 'Edit' postage you can add a delivery special instruction this will be displayed on the parcel for your post delivery people.

Then select how to pay, I have selected pay by card and click 'Continue' (which includes Apple Pay, Google Pay, visa etc) You can also choose PayPal.

 

Then click 'Pay Now' 

Next pop in your card details or select pay with Klarna if you want that option and click pay, following any further instructions you card provider requests. Done!

To add the postage cost to your items, just select the country you are in (e.g. United Kingdom) and the postage will be calculated automatically based on the weight of your items. Payment is via PayPal, however you do not need a PayPal account, you can make payment as a guest of PayPal.  

We post all items via Royal Mail 1st class within the UK, which takes an average of 1-2 working days. However, it can take up to 15 working days to arrive. If the item has still not arrived within 15 workings days, please contact us.

For International postage, we use International small packet or International signed for service according to the order, please allow up to 25 working days for delivery. Most of our international parcels are received within one to two weeks.

We post items Monday – Friday, We do not post on Weekends.

We allow up to 3 working days for shipping, we generally post on a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

International signed for or tracked, is an extra service available at checkout.

We only ship order to South America via a signed or tracked service.

For orders over 3kg, please contact us for correct postage charge.

We are no longer in the E.U so you will be charged Custom, duties and or taxes and these are the buyers' responsibility, and we cannot be liable for any shipments held at the border customs.

Delivery Address

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before purchasing.

Returns & Refunds

Please note, we can only accept a return if the item is in its original packaging, and in unused condition.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 60 days of delivery.

On receiving the returned item, we will endeavour to process all refunds within 5 working days.

Securely repackage your item, including your purchase details: your name, address, and date of purchase and order number, and place a return address label on the parcel. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded service to return the item, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
